Buddies play an important role in our playtimes and lunchtimes! They receive training to help them fulfil their role. We have a team of Buddies who alternate each day in Year 5 & 6.
Buddy Job Description
• Demonstrate the ability to share and co-operate with other children.
• Organise and lead games with other children.
• Show kindness to all during play and lunch times.
• Help children who are upset or hurt and bring this to the attention of the adult on duty.
• Be role models to others in all playtime routines.
