What an amazing week we had at ‘Rock UK’ for our residential. All the children really enjoyed their fun packed week!
We started the week off completing trust exercises where the children were blind folded and had to be directed down a steep hill and could only listen to their partners voice to guide them.
Then we were able to go into the ‘Summit Center’s’ man made cave to find our way out through squeezing through and crawling through the small holes.
On Wednesday we had an amazing time kayaking which all children really enjoyed, even though some lost their balance and ended up in the water!!
We also did abseiling and went on a fantastic aerial adventure course which really tested some of our fears.
Year 5&6 went on a wonderful night walk and a beautiful walk down to the lakes.
An amazing experience for the children! We all can’t wait for next year already!
